This will be performed in a “Fight Gone Bad” Style
The 1st round every movement will be completed for :90 before moving to the next movement.
After :90 rest then the 2nd round will be completed in a similar fashion but every movement will be completed for :60 each.
After :60 rest then the 3rd round will be completed with every movement completed for :30 each
There is no additional rest between each movement.
