20 Alternating DB Snatch (50/35)
20 DB Sit-ups (50/35) *Hold DB on Chest while doing sit-up
20 DB Plank Row (10/arm)(50/35) *Only use one DB
20 DB Hang Clean & Jerk (10/arm) (50/35) *Alternate arms every 5 Reps
20 DB Lunge (10/leg)(50/35) *Hold DB where ever you desire
*Use the same DB for all movements
