Andy is a coach who truly believes in the CrossFit methodology and has been coaching it since 2010. As a coach, he doesn’t specialize in any single aspect of fitness; he has obtained a suite of certifications in CrossFit’s varied modalities so that he can provide a training experience that creates naturally well-rounded athletes. Andy also has a background as a personal trainer and in nutrition. He graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Dietetics. What he loves most about being a coach is being a part of the lives of so many members that are dedicated to transforming their bodies and improving their performance, and seeing their hard work pay off.
