After playing 3 years of collegiate football, a back injury brought John’s career to an end. Struggling to keep his weight under control, he fortunately found a new outlet. CrossFit not only got him in the best shape of his life but it also got his back strong and healthy. After graduating college, he focused on personal training and coaching. What John loves most about training is seeing his clients gain confidence and using their fitness outside the gym to live happier healthier lives.
