Getting started on your CrossFit journey is easy with River North CrossFit. Trying something new can be intimidating, but all of your fears will be put to rest after your free intro session. Our professional coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and here to help you succeed. Your first few weeks are going to be filled with physical and mental accomplishments you never imagined possible.
We operate a little differently than some other group exercise studios. If you’re new to CrossFit rather than throw you into a class we start you off with a free 1 on 1 intro session to find out a little more about you and what you’re looking for in a fitness routine.
During your free intro you will receive:
