With over 60 Classes and 70 hours of Open Gym* time each week you can always find time to WOD at River North CrossFit.
Most classes are approximately
- 20 minutes of warm up and mobility
- 20 minutes of strength or olympic lifting work
- 20 minutes of metabolic conditioning
If you’re dropping in from another CF gym, feel free to attend any class or open gym time.
