WHAT IS HYROX TRAINING?

HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running with functional movements like sled pushes, rowing, lunges, and wall balls. It challenges your endurance, strength, and mental grit in one high-intensity event.

Race Training

From sled pushes to wall balls, our workouts mimic the HYROX format so you feel confident and prepared on race day. You’ll get familiar with every movement, build better technique, and improve your transitions so race day feels like just another workout.

Functional Training

Develop the power and stamina you need to handle every station with strength and control. We focus on lifts and movements that help you push, pull, carry, and squat with more control. This kind of strength helps you move better in the gym and perform better in HYROX.

Endurance Work

Designed to increase your aerobic capacity so you can maintain a steady pace from start to finish. These sessions help you move smoother and recover faster so you stay consistent through every run and workout station.
