5 Rounds for Max Load:

Each round is 7 unbroken sets of:
• 1 Power Clean
• 1 Front Squat
• 1 Push Press
• 1 Back Squat
• 1 Push Press

You must hold on to the bar for the entire round.
Each round is 35 reps (7 sets x 5 exercises) and will take about 1 minute
After each round perform 100 double unders and 5 muscle ups or burpee pull ups
Rest 3-4 minutes between rounds

Thursday Aug 12

3×5 Front Squat (can you do 5 reps with the weight you used for 3 last Friday?)
and
1 Set of 15+ Back Squats
Try to use the same weight as last week and go for up to 20 reps

4 Rounds for Max reps
Min 1 Back Rack Step Back Lunges
Min 2 20 Push Ups + Strict Pull Ups
Min 3 and 4 200m Run and rest

For the lunges, use about 1/2 the weight of your heaviest set of front squats
For the Push Ups + Pull Ups, if 20 push ups takes longer than 50 seconds, you won’t get to the pull ups. That’s ok.

5×3 Shoulder Press, add a few #s to each set from last weeks 5×5
and
1 Set of 12-15 
If you got less than 15 last week, use the same weight and go for 15.
If you got 15, add a few # and go for at least 12
