Monday Oct 11

4 Sets of 3 Clean 
Build up to about 90% of your 1RM, perform the 3 as quick singles
If you can clean more than your body weight, do squat cleans.

3 Sets of 3 Front Squats
Earlier today, we cleaned about 90% of our 1RM.
Use about 75% of your 1RM for these front squats (same as last week).
If last week you did a 1 second hold in the bottom, do that again.
Power Clean the weight from the floor and perform 3 Front Squats.
Try to perform 1 set every 2 min.
Fewer reps today as we have 45 thrusters in the metcon

100m Run and 3 Deadlift 225/155

Every 90 Seconds for for 6 Min
200m Run and 2 Deadlift 315/225
3 Min Break

Every 2 Min for 8 Min
1 Lap 300m and 1 DL 375/285
Scale the weight so that you are doing about 60/70/80% of your 1RM
Cut the run distance if you won’t/didn’t have 30 seconds to lift.
If you don’t want to run, row/ski/bike 30/60/90 seconds each round
